**Pay Range: $51,480 - $55,000 annually**

**As an Assistant Director you will:**

Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients

Regularly monitor the centers programs to assess program quality and that the childrens learning is effectively documented and visible

Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

**What we hope you will bring to this role:**

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelors degree preferred

At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
