- Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible
- Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation
- Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
- Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
