**Child Care Center Administrative Assistant- Little Apron Academy**

**9am - 6pm**

**As an Administrative Assistant, you will:**

Greet and proactively communicate via email and phone with prospective and enrolled families.

Ensure licensing, attendance, and other files are current, confidential, and secure.

Provide support where needed throughout the center.

**Requirements:**

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred. Additional center/school requirements may apply.

Meet federal, as well as individual state requirements (i.e., TB test, physical, OSHA) and maintain credentials for the position (i.e., ongoing training).

Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate curriculum practice.

Admin Assistant Experience in scheduling preferred.
