We are looking for an IT Project Manager for a company in New York, New York.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management, documentation and delivery of the project plan, inclusive of timeline, scope, and budget requirements of a new brand acquisition
- Work seamlessly between Global and US stakeholders from various functions inclusive of operations, supply chain, finance, information technology, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems and online (eCommerce and omni sales).
- Support presentations to senior leadership by working with their manager to summarize the plan to fully integrate the new brand acquisition in all channels within the aligned timeline, budget and
- technical scope.
- Working closely with corporate partners as well as as business partners ranging from agencies to highly technical systems integration companies
- Manage domains – ingest what is happening in all domains and create a plan that drives the execution to be complete by the target date
- 5-7 years’ experience in digital strategy with strong existing knowledge of indirect and directto-consumer website operations
- Great project manager with strong cross-functional relationship management and keen ability
- to keep projects on track
- Strong ability to manage complexity and manage multiple large projects that touch many stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills and prioritization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project to create a project plan, Viseo / PowerPoint to draw high level system diagrams
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes like Record to Report, Order to Cash, Forecast to Stock, etc
- Ability to effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
- Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs
- Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights and optimizations
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills
- Passion and understanding for digital (strategy and basic technical)
- Results-oriented team player with a proven ability to influence others
- Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to manipulate large sets of data
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to participate in presentation skills to senior leadership
