Client is seeking a senior developer with experience with AWS, TypeScript, and Node to assist in their data platform to come onsite 2 days a week in Orlando.

- BS Degree in STEM
- 6 years of coding and software development experience, with focus on highly scalable, high-volume applications and/or platforms
- Experience with AWS serverless development and cloud infrastructure, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, stream processing
- Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs
- Strong expertise in design principles, patterns, and coding best practices
- Familiarity with database platforms (e.g. Aurora), NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, DynamoDB), graph databases, mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- AWS Services including: Lambdas, EC2, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, etc.
- Designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient software architectures that leverage TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, and AWS services.
- Creating robust data models for both SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Developing integration strategies for various data sources, ensuring data integrity and security across the platform.
- Building and maintaining backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring they are efficient and reliable.
- Utilizing AWS services (like Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, etc.) to build, deploy, and manage applications and data processing pipelines.
