Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 Equity Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Benefits
Our technology centric client is searching for a passionate HR Director to lead their Human Resources department through the entire people operations lifecycle in the Mason, OH area. This position is Hybrid onsite 3 days per week for qualified candidates.
The HR Director will manage the end to end processes for talent acquisition, employment management, and HR policies and compliance. The HR Director will also be responsible and build teams to manage payroll processing and benefits administration, learning and development, and company event and team building.
This a growing, strong cultured, and passionate team of software engineers, operations and leadership who are searching for a proven high potential teammate to lead the HR charge!
Requirements for the HR Director:
- 5 Years of Human Resources Management leading end to end HR administration and people management strategies, ideally for technology companies
- Skilled in HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Strong values, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are needed
- Background building out HR operations for small and growing organizations
- Strengths in onboarding, talent acquisition, and HR compliance
