Bright Vision Technologies is looking for a EUC Architect for one of the clients based in Durham, NC for a long-term contract and is open for C2C option.

Job Title: EUC Architect

Location: Durham NC (Onsite Role)

Duration: Long term

Engage with customer as a EUC architect and identify vision and roadmap of the customer on Digital Journey and specific technology requirements on End user space

• Gather, Assess, design, Build and drive implementation of End user technologies stack and architecture based on customer environment

• Understanding on the road map of Managing End User systems with respect to Applications, Hardware and Operating System.

• 10 Overall experience on core End user technologies and overall enterprise architecture

• Should have already worked on the below requirements and possess hands on experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of Hands on working experience on SCCM, Application Packaging and Windows 10 Migration.

• Hands on Design and solution experience on End Point Device management, Software Management, OS Distribution and migration, Software Distribution and Collaboration Tools

•Should have at least 15-20 years of experience in managing the End User Computing technical environment

•Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the delivery of the Workplace Services including associated services – OS, SCCM, Intune, Teams, M365 Exchange and Active Directory

•Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture

•Notifies stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture and fixes technical issues as they arise and should have a hands on experience

•Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required

•Sound technical knowledge of End User Computing and relevant Automation and Security toolsets

•Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives

•Interacting with the customer’s Enterprise Architect & Management to ensure that the Services being delivered are aligned with the customer's reference architecture, architecture guidelines, principles, policies, and technology and service standards

•Develop a vision and roadmap for the Providers Services as directed by the customer that address the customer’s changing business and technical needs

•Proactively bringing new and innovative technical and service solution suggestions to the customer, as required, and defined in the Agreement

•Working with Providers staff to review demands and developing new solution designs, Services enhancements, budget initiatives, and estimates in response to customer

•Technical Acumen and agility to learn, test and implement new technologies. Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture

•Knowledge must on workstation class hardware and Awareness to warehouse experience will be a plus.

•Strong project, customer service, communications skills based on experience with outsourcing arrangements

•Training, experience, and certification in the technical components and tools managed

•Ability to manage ITSM management processes and procedures in an outsourcing environment

•Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
