Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
- Experience in contract/purchase order terms and conditions and government contracting process including sourcing and competitive procurements
- 10 years’ experience with contracts management, managing subcontractors, consulting, sourcing contracts, performing stakeholder analysis with federal and military clients. Government services experience is required.
- Monitor program performance to ensure that contractual obligations are communicated and understood
- Experience in contract proposal preparation, contract negotiations, contract administration, and customer contract activities to manage assigned contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements, manage contract changes and maintain historical information
- Advanced knowledge of source selection/evaluation process including cost and price analysis
- Detailed knowledge of government contract administration duties including subcontractor flow downs, change management, inspection, acceptance, payment, warranty, close-out and records retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contract/agreement briefing, negotiation and review experience
- Experience in monitoring contracts/subcontracts of increasing complexity and value
