Job Title: Therapist - LCSW 
Job Location: Honolulu, HI, US
Job Type: Onsite | Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)
Required Skills:

• Minimum of three (3) years of post-degree clinical experience.
• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family therapy or allied field related to the practice of mental health counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Hawaii) OR Mental Health Counselor License (Hawaii).
• Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in documentation according to national accreditation guidelines.
• Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting.
• Experience in providing services to patients with addictions issues.
• Experience in risk assessment and crisis interventions.
• Experience in mental health diagnosing and providing clinical intervention therapy services.
