Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, providing case management, and offering relationship counseling. While the role is primarily based in Arlington, MA, remote work is welcome!
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
- Expertise in Mental Health and Psychology
- Experience in Relationship Counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Counselor
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
