Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing case management work to facilitate the treatment plan process for clients referred for services. The primary role of a QBHS is managing an assigned caseload to provide Community Psychiatric Services and Treatment (CPST) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) based on the medical necessity, consistent with clinical recommendation and client needs.

The physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, frequently sitting, standing and walking, may be required for long periods of time. Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighting up to 50 pounds; and regularly drives a motor vehicle.
