About The JobThe Client Success Team ensures our 12,000 global clients are delighted with their solutions and services, realizing value, and achieving desired business outcomes. The Project Manager role is highlighted by the ability to create and manage the project plan, scope, cost, and schedule using project management methodologies and processes, which includes, but are not limited to coordinating day-to-day work and activities for the project, requesting and assigning resources to project tasks, defining responsibilities to project team, auditing invoice and expense reports for accuracy, providing status updates to the client, and ensuring contract compliance. Ideal candidates have excellent time and project management skills along with superb communication and collaboration skills.
What You Will Do
The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

What You Will Do
- Identify any risk associated with the project to create a mitigation plan to be communicated with the client
- Track and monitor project activities to ensure project team performance is accurate and on time against plan
- Negotiate and communicate any changes that will occur involving the project scope, schedule, and budget to the client
- Communicate all project activities on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders including progress, risk, success, and challenges
- Conduct weekly internal and external project status meetings
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new and innovative project management concepts and methodologies

What You Need To Have
- BA/BS with 3 years of experience or 5 years of SaaS project management experience
- Proficiency using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and deliver superb client experiences
- Ability to travel to client locations to provide project initiation, updates and oversight as needed
- Actively pursuing (or already have) a projection management certification such as Agile, CAPM, or PMP
- Problem-solving mentality
- Thrives in fast paced environment
- Experience with SalesForce/FinancialForce
