We are seeking a Director of CNA Services (internally known as Coordinator of Aide Services) to lead our CNA team.

In this leadership role, you will uphold Brighton Hospice's Best Practices, and applicable federal, state, and local agency laws and regulations; ensuring Brighton fulfills its mission of providing the best physical, emotional, and spiritual care for patients and patients' families.
As part of our leadership team, you will:

• Manage daily operations to meet Brighton and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess hiring needs and conduct interviews
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
• Drive individual and team goal-setting and performance-improvement initiatives
• Facilitate training and development programs
• Address employee concerns, implement corrective actions, and foster a positive work environment

Qualifications
Qualifications/Desired Skills

• 1-2 years of direct leadership experience required
• Active CNA, LPN, or RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience managing direct reports is preferred and considered necessary to excel in this role
• Scheduling experience, preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems, iPads, and EMRs
• Passion for providing the best possible care to patients and their families
• Excitement to do work that makes a difference
• Experience completing patient visit documentation and record-keeping
