We have an opening for a Instrumentation / Electrical Coordinator position for its Ulysses, Kansas carbon black facility.

The duties for this position consist of :

• Assists operations & maintenance to understand measurement and controls related to the process.
• Keeps apprised of developments in technology that have potential to affect plant processes.
• Implements predictive & preventive maintenance on instruments & devices to reduce the frequency of unexpected downtime and to reduce overall maintenance costs.
• Investigates, assesses, & recommends changes & modifications to instrumentation.
• Maintains, inspects, and repairs instrumentation and keeps necessary documentation and records.
• Promptly responds to all emergency work during work hours and after hours.
• Assists maintenance by performing regular maintenance duties whenever called upon to do so.
• Participates in safety programs, JSA development, inspections, and other safety and environmental processes.
• Identifies environmental concerns.

Assists in monitoring operation of the plant for compliance to safety and environmental requirements and make improvement modifications as required.

Candidate must be able to maintain good safety, quality, and environmental practices. Qualifications- High school diploma & Electrical or Instrumentation experience a must.
