Job Description:
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance is required to start
Project Manager, Lead to identify project requirements and project risk plans under minimal supervision of the program manager or a more senior project manager.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Monitor and control project schedule, quality, and risk.
Develop long and short-range project objectives.
Provide assistance to experienced project managers.
Aid the negotiation of delivery orders and contractual changes.
Recommend changes to improve productivity and reduce cost.
Assist with related proposal data calls.
Maintain and manage relationships with customers.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers.
Supervise project resources.
Respond to inquiries in regard to project.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management or related technical degree preferred.
Five (5) years of experience managing projects, including some with moderate risk factors.
Preferred:
A background in system engineering or software engineering.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum.
