Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

What will you be doing?
As a Human Resources Specialist - HRIS , you will report to the Director of Total Rewards and support the HR needs of our growing company. Responsibilities include:
- Providing support on HR initiative and projects
- Providing HR information and support for audits
- Corresponding with customers requiring assistance with password resets, login credentials, navigating the HRIS, and locating their employment profiles
- Performing other HR related job duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of HR principles and programs
- Experience with ADP required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations
- Ability to work independently
