Brightside Windows, Inc is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Kent, WA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of residential, replacement window projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in windows, siding, roofing, or construction management and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information

- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

- Conduct regular customer updates

- Assist in the preparation of replacement window installations

- Maintain accurate records of project data, including drawings, specifications, and permits

Experience:

- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry

- Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes

- Familiarity with blueprint reading and Civil 3D software

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
