Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Program Management to join our growing team. You will be responsible to drive the the strategic vision and execution of digital programs. You will also be responsible for the comprehensive management of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective risk management, and budget adherence. In this position, you will collaborae with various stakeholders to support the development of business cases and maintain up-to-date project plans.

As a Manager, Digital Program Management, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Program Execution

  • Develop, plan, and manage the execution of digital programs, including eCommerce, Digital Self Service, and Digital Affiliate Partner initiatives
  • Ensure that digital projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
  • Maintain consolidated timelines, roadmaps, and ensure that projects align with strategic business goals
  • Continuously identify and address risks to project success
  • Oversee end-to-end project planning, including risk identification, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and change management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project priorities, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial tracking and adherence

Leadership

  • Lead a team of internal and external project managers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project delivery and foster a high-performance team environment

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with product management to oversee the development of product requirements for new digital initiatives
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, support business case development, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and updates on project status and performance

Innovation and Improvement

  • Recommend and implement improvements to digital programs to enhance user and customer experiences
  • Drive the innovation agenda for digital initiatives, recommending new products and features
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10 years in digital program management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale digital projects and managing cross-functional teams
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Expertise in digital commerce platforms, self-service technologies, and affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Asana, JIRA, Confluence as well as Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycle
