Check us out on the web! Job Description Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Engineering and Construction to join our growing team. As the Manager you will report to a Senior Manager- Network Build Support, Engineering and Construction and oversee a team responsible for E2E Project Management and Network Ready Delivery for all of BSPD’s off-net contracted services in support of various critical platforms and customers, such as FT3, the BSPD Fiber Build, E/W clients and Next Gen Transport solutions. In addition, this Manager will influence and support multiple NetEx Steering Committe Project Charter initiatives, such as End Targets, KPIs, Roadmap development and compliance to defined objectives of asset use, lowest cost and continual process and governance improvement. This position will require navigation through internal and external partners, driving implementation of activities for complex projects. This role requires strong business acumen, the abilities to define and implement groundbreaking ideas, to work within a fast-moving environment to rapidly deliver support and services that have a broad business impact, and desire to have an industry wide impact.
