Brightspeed is looking for a Structure Loader - Inventory Support to join our team!The Structure Loader identifies plant and network facilities in provisioning and inventory systems to complete service assignments. Loads network elements and logical inventory in support systems resulting from capital and expense work activity. Assists multiple service groups by identifying plant facilities, preparing cut-sheets, updating, and maintaining assignment and record systems resulting from OSP (Outside Plant) or ISP (Inside Plant) work orders, and coordinating certain aspects through completion.

As a Structure Loader, Inventory Supportyour responsibilities will include:

• Maintainingdata integrity of inventory systems
• Effectively partnering with all affiliate business units to obtain necessary network information
• Handlingcustomer record assignment/switch gating to new equipment during cutovers
• Creatingcut-sheets for inside and outside facilities and participates in cutover activity
• Occasionally, participates in first office application trials
• May be assigned to specialized task or focus groups to efficiently support the direction of our Company
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision who can interpret Company Goals, Beliefs and Objectives and complete assignments effectively and efficiently and understands when to escalate issues and request assistance
