Overview
The Licensing Specialist is responsible for the recruitment of Foster / Adoptive Parents. The Licensing Specialist will develop territories, increase target populations, develop sales plans, develop rapport with potential candidates, and help increase awareness of the need for caregivers in the community.
The Licensing Specialist is also responsible for caregiver initial state licensing, recertification / approval of the foster / adoptive license, and providing, facilitating, logging, and tracking all caregiver training.
