  • Embark on dynamic outside sales visits to engage and captivate prospective clients.
  • Take charge of managing and nurturing existing customer accounts, delivering unparalleled customer service.
  • Connect with clients through clear and impactful communication, identifying their needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Showcase our products with engaging demonstrations and presentations that leave a lasting impression on potential clients.
  • Lead the charge in negotiating contracts and sealing the deal with efficiency and confidence.
  • Collaborate with Our Stellar Office Team: Partner closely with our dedicated staff to deliver exceptional care for our clients.
  • Generate Sales Across Multiple Services: Reach out to healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and more to boost sales for private duty homecare, skilled homecare, and medical staffing.
  • Drive Sales with Outbound Efforts: Make impactful outbound calls and secure appointments with prospective referral sources, whether virtual or in-person.
  • Dynamic Sales Activities: Engage in both in-office and field sales activities, making in-person visits and outbound calls.
  • Expand and Grow Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities, while nurturing existing relationships to exceed your sales goals.
  • Build National Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen connections with BrightStar National Accounts.
  • Foster Community Connections: Develop and maintain valuable relationships with referral sources and network within the community through meetings and events (both in-person and Zoom).
  • Lead Marketing Initiatives: Seek out and participate in community marketing opportunities, and craft and execute a dynamic marketing plan.
  • Enhance Digital Presence: Manage digital and social media marketing efforts, and implement an online reputation management program to drive positive reviews on Google and Facebook.
  • Strengthen Client Partnerships: Meet with key clients, maintain relationships, and develop preferred partnerships with proven referral sources.
  • Consult and Convert: Address inquiries, consult with potential clients and families to discuss their needs, and convert them into clients.
  • Conduct Living Room Visits: Meet with potential new clients (in-person or Zoom) to complete intake documents and facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Team: Work closely with Client Care Managers and Recruiters to address staffing and caregiver needs.
  • Serve as a Liaison: Act as the primary contact for new onboarding clients and family members.
  • Travel Within Your Territory: Be prepared to travel across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach.
  • Report and Collaborate: This role reports to the Branch Manager, Owner, or Director of Operations.

Exciting Requirements for This Role!

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Ideally in marketing, business management, or communications.
  • Proven Sales Talent: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales territory, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing contacts.
  • Home Healthcare Experience: At least one year in the industry preferred, with an active book of business.
  • Public Speaking Proficiency: Confident in delivering engaging presentations and speaking publicly.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and connecting with others.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Solid understanding of home and institutional healthcare settings.
  • Comfortable with Sales: Confident in closing deals and asking for business.
  • Client Engagement: Willing to meet with potential clients and family members for intakes and ongoing customer service calls.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to succeed.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer applications and Customer Acquisition Software.
  • Organizational Excellence: Outstanding organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude towards the community.
  • Driver’s License Required: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting.
  • Must be comfortable withclosing / asking for business.
  • MUST be a self-starter, self-driven and motivated to earn.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to fuel sales growth.
  • Skilled in account management and fostering strong client relationships.
