BrightStar is seeking an in-home care nurse to be responsible for the case management of their case load, allowing for flexible scheduling. The nurse may participate in completing initial assessments and plan of care/treatment development, reassessments along with completing patient visits, which may include clinical trials, infusions, wound care, injections, hospital in-your-home visits, etc... this position is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong IV skills that is looking to utilize those skills in a slower paced environment. Some common conditions our nurses help treat are: immunodeficiency disorders, pompe disease, myasthenia gravis, crohn's disease, and many others!

To be eligible for this position, you must have strong IV skills, feel comfortable working in a home setting, have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, electronic documentation skills, time management skills, people management skills, enjoying teaching/training and must be comfortable with a fluid schedule.

RN Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN license in MO
• Ability to commute to an office setting in Olathe, KS as needed to meet with Administrative team
• Reliable car and auto insurance
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CPR Certification (BLS- Red Cross or American Heart Association) *we offer a class at a reduced cost if you need your BLS*
• Negative TB test within last year
• Clean background and criminal record
• COVID Vaccine
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Atleast 18 years or older
