  • You can participate in an on-call rotation.
  • You have 5 years experience as Customer Care Leader.
  • You have 5 years customer service experience in healthcare.
  • You have 5 years of scheduling experience in healthcare.
  • You have 5 years of phone call customer service in healthcare.
  • You have CPR Certification.
  • You are proficient in basic computer skills.
  • You are proficient in MScOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); internet.
  • You have knowledge of HIPAA & healthcare office regulations.
  • You have excellent organization, planning & project management skills.
  • You have a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.

Your Daily Responsibilities…

  • Effectively manage the customer care procedures
  • Process new client referral calls; tracks inquiry process, schedules home visits.
  • Send information to client prospects.
  • Follow plan of care details (developed by *DON or other staff RN under direction of DON).
  • Support & use all technology tools & resources. (ABS, Hireology Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, BrightConnect (Intranet)).
  • Must be able to process schedules for up to 80 clients and 1,800 hours per week.
  • Track client feedback regarding field staff performance & quality care standards.
  • Complete/verify Mobile Shift Maintenance.
  • Complete & track all Touch Points (24, 7, 30)
  • Billing & coding management.
  • Ensure timely & accurate billing, coding & hourly time records / reporting.

Who is the Customer Care Manager?

  • Serves as point of contact for client/customer relations.
  • Ensures care and staff coverage 24/7.
  • Schedules field staff.
  • Inquiry conversions.
  • Full participation & management of on-call duty/rotation.
  • Communicate & educate field staff about specific client needs.
  • Ensure on-call phone & assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed.
  • Manage all Touch Points (field staff, care recipient and family caregiver).

  • Demonstrate & foster the core values behaviors during all interactions with clients, employees, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Exceed client care standards.
  • Supports intake calls & service standards.
  • Implement & execute consistent conversion practices.
  • Meet or exceed “inquiry to client” conversion goals for the branch.
  • Support maintenance of client files and security.
