Description of the role:

A CNA Home Health position is available at BrightStar Care of San Luis Obispo in Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Oceano, Nipomo.

 The compensation for this role is $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care in home settings - Assist with activities of daily living - Monitor patient health and update medical records - Collaborate with healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Valid CNA certification - Experience in home health or similar setting preferred, but CNA license a must - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Compassion and patience. Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, TB and CPR.
