**Travel Time and Mileage paid**

Pay: $36.05 per hour.

Availability: Must be open Monday-Friday rotation weekends. 

BrighstStar Care is seeking an experience and compassionate Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of patient's medical conditions and needs
• develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians. 
• Monitor accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments and progress.
• communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care. 

Qualifications:

• Current and Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
• CPR & BLS Certification
• strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices
• ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
