This super kiddo is trach patient and a G-tube patient so he wants a nurse who can make sure that he gets top notch care. His family is looking for someone between the hours of 7pm-1am Thursday and 5pm-1am Saturday and Sunday

Schedule:

Thursday- 7pm-1am, Saturday and Sunday- 5pm-1am

Rate- 29$ per Hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with activities and personal care.
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients.
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1 year of Trach experience preferred. (Willing to train)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
