Position: PRN Caregiver/CNA at BrightStar Care- Oshkosh/Fond Du Lac Job Summary: As a PRN (as needed) Caregiver/CNA at BrightStar Care, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their own homes in the Oshkosh and Fond Du Lac areas. You will work on an hourly basis, supporting our clients' needs and providing them with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) to help improve their quality of life. This is a part-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers competitive pay of $15 to $17 per hour, with weekly pay. You will also be eligible for paid training, ongoing education and development opportunities, and referral bonuses. Additionally, we offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose shifts that work best for you. Responsibilities: - Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. - Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided. - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members. - Follow care plans and instructions from the nurse supervisor and client's healthcare team. - Observe and report any changes in client's condition to the nurse supervisor. - Comply with all BrightStar Care policies and procedures. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably in a home health setting. - Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. - Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and caring attitude. - Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
