This patient is 26 years of age and has a G-tube. her wants a nurse who can make sure that he gets top notch care. Her family is looking for someone between the hours of Monday Thru Friday 7am-7pm

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday -7am-7pm

Rate- Starting at 34$/Hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with activities and personal care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1 year of G-tube experience is preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Valid RN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
