Supply Chain Management:
Manage vendor relationships, manage/maintain contracts, and resolve order/shipping disputes to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Ensuring efficient returns and replacements to minimize disruptions.
Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to procurement policies and budget constraints.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize procurement processes.
Inventory Control
Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and ensure adequate supply to meet demand.
Utilize inventory management software and data analysis to track stock movements, monitor inventory levels, and forecast future needs accurately.
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Plan and coordinate project staging activities to ensure timely delivery of hardware and materials to project sites, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.
Billing and Invoicing
Coordinate with internal personnel to gather necessary documentation and information for invoicing, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Utilize internal billing and financial software to generate invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts receivable.
Streamline procurement processes and optimize inventory management practices, reducing lead times and resulting in enhanced operational performance, improved customer satisfaction and increased profitability.
Implement strategic initiatives to mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring business continuity and resilience in the face of unforeseen challenges.
Provide valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Foster a collaborative and cross-functional work environment by effectively communicating with internal personnel, aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Proven proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
Proficiency in inventory management practices, including inventory control, demand forecasting, and materials planning.
Experience with inventory management software.
Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize procurement and inventory processes.
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
