Responsibilities
- Manage all guest communication during the night shift, including answering incoming reservation calls and in-stay guest service calls
- Provide prompt and friendly responses to chat messages and emails, addressing customer inquiries and requests
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Handle and resolve guest issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure all guest accommodations are properly maintained and prepared
- Assist with remote check-ins and emergencies during the night shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and during night shifts
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using computers and technology
- Reliable transportation for commuting
