Role overview
The Director of Accounting will report directly to the VP of Finance and have overall responsibility for Brigit's accounting function. This role will be primarily responsible for the execution of all aspects of accounting including : month / quarter / year-end close, technical accounting / policy development, debt & cash management, AR and AP cycles, financial reporting, financial controls, payroll, tax, and audit. This hire will be our in-house dedicated accounting expert, and will build the team, processes, and systems that can scale and support us through the next phase of transformation and growth.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $165,000 - $185,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
