Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare settings and populations
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
