Senior Tax Accountant - Public | REMOTE* | $80k - $100k Bonus DOE/Location

*Remote Work - You must live within a commutable distance to Milwaukee (surrounding states) to make occasional trips to the office for company wide meetings, etc.

We are in search of a Senior Tax Accountant to join our client's team! In this role, you will take on the responsibility of preparing and reviewing individual, fiduciary, partnership, and/or corporate income tax returns, while also engaging in client consultations for tax planning.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and complete engagements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, and/or corporate income tax returns for clients.
• Review individual, fiduciary, partnership, and/or corporate income tax returns for clients.
• Manage communication with clients and provide guidance to team members in the same.
• Correspond with taxing authorities to address inquiries and proposed adjustments.
• Analyze all engagements to identify key points of technical focus and recommend procedural changes as necessary.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace, demonstrating a commitment to delivering the highest quality of service to clients and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, or related.
• 2 years of accounting experience.
• Public firm experience is desired.
• CPA or tracking.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
