What You Will Do:

Technical lead

• Support and manage escalated risks and issues from the projects.
• Manage the governance process.
• Allocate budgets to projects.
• Establish and manage program reporting, and internal program team working mechanisms.
• Manage detailed scope, issues, and risks.
• Escalate areas of concern to the program level for support.
• Gather specific information.
• Source products and services.

What You Will Need (Qualifications):

• BA/BS Degree.
• 6 plus years of experience with Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Benefits Administration.
• Must have experience with Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Service (VICCS).
• Must have knowledge of the following Services: Upload and Routing Services, Inbound Mail Management Support Services, Rules-Based Processing Services (RBPS), Business Processing Services (BPS), Centralized Outbound Services, Data Transfer Services. Generation Capability (VA-Accessible) Services, Integration, Setup, Test, And Validation Services, Service Updates, Data Transition In/Out Services, Professional Services and Help Desk Services
