• Brillio, LLC is seeking a qualified Java Lead

• Job Location: Edison, New Jersey

• Job Duties and Requirements:
• Java Lead needed in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
• Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing for Enhancements and Change Requests. Documentation and Implementation Support for Production releases.
• Perform Quality Assurance activities (Internal and External Reviews, Defect Tracking). Perform root cause analysis on the defects found during the SDLC phase.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Log Analysis in Kibana/Putty Server to improve performance of application. Active participation and contribution in all project reviews as well as internal service reviews; focus on the overall service quality and timely execution of the project being handled. Involve in regular reviews with clients for projects allotted and Identify defect areas and proactively carry out corrective actions.
• Agile transformation in the execution.
• Use agile methodologies like SCRUM. Understand clearly operational definitions for all processes, understand how we measure all critical data points in the processes, improve any irregularities reported as a result of the Metrics Dashboards.
• Proactively initiate Process Improvements by delegating tasks to his teams, keeping in mind, Inputs from Audit Process, Best practices across industry. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience.
• Two (2) years of IT experience must include experience in Java, NodeJS or AWS.
• In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience.
• Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Java, NodeJS or AWS.
• We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation may be required.

• Front End Development ( HTML and CSS)

• Java Fullstack with Microservices: Associate Software Development Engineer
