As a bilingual English/Korean professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, analyzing data, and responding to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations across five locations in the Southeast region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Handle profit and loss management and prepare reports for upper management.
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of warehouse employees.
- Respond effectively to client needs and requests, including data analysis and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in all warehouse operations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in distribution or warehouse management.
- Direct management and supervisory experience required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to various warehouse locations as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
