Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing support to the sales staff and the personal development of industry-related skills. Candidates should be motivated to develop the necessary skills to eventually advance to an estimator, sales, or project management position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and communicate with clients to understand their service needs and expectations.
- Assisting service salespeople with estimates, order entry, and costing.
- Purchasing of specialty products and services for work orders.
- Managing a shared inbox and delegating Sales lead to team.
- Updating lead, contact information, and provide marketing support.
- Experience working with CRM, SAGE - ERP
- Assist the Glazing supervisor in contacting customers for installation appointments.
- Facilitate internal and external communication to support the Inside Sales Manager.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate communication with customers regarding service updates, delays, or changes.
- Respond to emergencies and urgent requests with efficiency and composure.
