What You Will Own…
Providing and directing nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The LPN coordinates the total plan of care with other clinical professionals and helps achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.
As the primary point of contact for our clients, you are personable and understand their sense of urgency and how to balance their demands with the existing daily deliveries.
