We are a boutique law firm with a physical location in Downtown Miami that specializes in first party insurance defense. Our Partners are well established in this area of the law and have a wealth of experience and knowledge, which provides an excellent opportunity for mentorship to younger attorneys establishing themselves. Our associates are paired with a Partner on their files and in the handling of their cases, the associates have the opportunity to work with the Partner directly, which continues throughout their growth as an associate at the firm. We believe that this is essential in the growth and development of our associates.
Our outstanding team consists of experienced and successful trial attorneys and although we are a younger firm, we have already taken several cases to trial, which has allowed our younger attorneys to obtain trial experience early on in their careers. We encourage collaboration and teamwork in our handling of cases in order to ensure that our clients’ expectations are exceeded, and our attorneys are given the necessary resources to allow them to properly move cases forward to achieve successful outcomes.
We are looking for attorneys to add to our current team that have strong work ethic and writing skills, as well as detail-oriented, critical thinkers and comfortable/articulate orators. As a firm, we focus on understanding the substantive backdrop of our cases in order to effectively handle the issues presented, so we are looking for attorneys that are committed to taking the necessary steps to develop an expertise in this area of practice. In addition to working hard for our clients, we focus on creating a working environment that is positive and helps each of our members thrive individually and as team players.
We offer competitive salaries and benefits commensurate with relevant experience. During the interview process, you will have the opportunity to speak with our attorneys for purposes of asking any questions you may have in order to ensure that the firm is the right fit for you. If this opportunity interests you, please forward your resume to bzuluaga@bozlegal.com and ebriscoe@bozlegal.com along with a writing sample.
