Role Overview: As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our telehealth providers and ensuring a smooth, efficient operation of our clinical practice. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle coordination with telehealth physicians with their schedules.
• Reassignment of case to available physicians.
• Validate online questions patient data.
• Patient clinical problem's escalation to appropriate physician.
• Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and recording medical histories.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, providing comfort and clear explanations.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as administering injections, drawing blood.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems.
• Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and patient communication.

Qualifications:

• MA certification or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Medical Assisting, Patient Care, and Medical Records management skills
• Experience in Medical Office tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Certification or training in Medical Assisting is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics
