PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Provides administrative support around continuous quality improvement in the areas of chart maintenance and quality, admissions, referrals and client follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures desirable.
• Minimum typing of at least 30 wpm and at least one year of experience with word processing and computers.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must learn and follow substance use disorder privacy laws related to record maintenance and release.
