Tekpro Support Service is seeking a Mailroom Quality Assurance/ Track and Trace LeadPOSITION SUMMARY:In this position expect to oversee and manage the quality control functions for the mailroom operation. This includes coordinating with all internal departments to ensure successful production flow and processing, providing mailing, shipping, quality control and technical knowledge to provide the best services for internal and external clients. Works with internal professionals and customers with products and workflows of moderate complexity. Provides daily quality control checking on all outbound mailroom operations Active security clearance required ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Mailroom Quality Assurance/ Track and Trace lead (FBI HQ, Washington DC) will report to the Deputy Program Manager and will be responsible for activities involving Quality Assurance (QA) and Track and Trace activities.Performs a physical audit and quality control checking of 50% of the non-critical packages and 75% review of critical packages.
