Main Responsibilities
  • Perform basic administrative duties to support the payroll department.
  • Make telephone calls and handle inquiries.
  • Process weekly payrolls, including handling new starters, leavers, sick pay, statutory maternity and paternity pay, and contract changes.
  • Set up court orders in the system.
  • Upload pension files as required.
  • Send payslips and P45s to employees.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries via email or telephone.
  • Input information accurately onto spreadsheets.
No prior payroll experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
