Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Kilmarnock (50 Titchfield Street, KA1 1PH)

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week (five days out of seven)

About the role

Our Warehouse Supervisors lead by example. Your hard work and commitment means we are able to invest donations from the public into heart and circulatory research to help us all live longer, healthier lives with the people we love.

Great customer service is essential to maximise income as is the sourcing and merchandising of home products. It's hard work, with lots of heavy lifting, but no two days are the same, and you'll find it really rewarding helping to fund life saving research.

This position is for 35 hours and includes weekends on a rota basis.

About you

You’ll be an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is confident working in a fast-paced environment. Working with the Store Manager you will have the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers, encouraging them to bring new ideas and to build their knowledge of the BHF.
