This role is responsible for cage wash processing logistics in a state-of-the-art facility. Completes facility duties according to standard operating procedures while ensuring a consistent sanitization program.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years employed in a vivarium operations position. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with facilities and research staff as well as vendors. Weekend and holiday work may be required. AALAS certification preferred. Must work well independently and as a cross-functional team-member. This position qualifies as an essential employee. Employment is conditional upon the satisfactory completion of an occupational health assessment for working with laboratory animals. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 300lbs.
