Broad Street Home Care is Hiring a Full-Time Private Duty/In-Home Nursing Position Near Chicago, IL

Broad Street Home Care

is seeking Registered Nurses to work one-on-one with a client located in downtown Chicago.

Purpose of Position

This position will require the RN to work with a patient in the patient's residence assisting with mobility, personal care, and medication management. Previous experience with patients diagnosed with anxiety or depression is preferred. Additional duties include assisting with ADL's, ensuring client safety, medication management, accompanying patient to appointments, and encouraging them to exercise & companionship. This position works closely with the Nurse Care Manager to ensure the client receives the proper care and support needed to maintain independence and remain safely in their home.

Position Requirements

Current Illinois Nursing License
4 years or more of Nursing Experience
Must possess the ability to navigate a phone application to clock in and out as well as enter case notes
Demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player
Ability to work independently and when circumstances warrant the ability to make decisions
Previous home health experience preferred but not required
