Location: Based in North Kingstown, RI.

Purpose:  Office Support, assisting with taking in new jobs, tracking of jobs as well as daily production verification.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time and read finite print
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. occasionally
• Attentive to details

Job Description:

The primary function of this position will focus on daily verification of field production work via network construction prints and production dailies. Prepare documentation for daily billing. Compile and email updates for cleared work.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation of project tracking spread sheets, preparing as-built maps, scheduling police details. There may also be regular filing and routine cleaning. 

Some additional administrative, data entry.

Any other duties as assigned by management – work processes are subject to change – position could lead to growth within the company

General Hours: This is a part-time position, with the possibility to transition to a full -time position. Workweek would typically be from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM M-Th and Fridays as needed up to 4 hours.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 / hr. DOE
