Position Overview:

Our client is currently seeking a driven and experienced Private Equity Professional to join their Munich team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities within the designated sectors, focusing on the DACH region.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business strategies and potential value creation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and actively participate in strategic decision-making processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of M&A transactions experience, preferably within a reputable financial institution or advisory firm.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Private Equity fund, demonstrating a successful track record of deal execution and value creation.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed investment decisions.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
