Brondes Ford Toledo is looking for a Body Shop Manager to help lead our world class team of technicians. If you're an experienced Body Shop Manager looking for a change, or you're an experienced Body Shop Technician or estimator looking to fill the role, we're looking for you.
In this role, you'll:
- Oversee execution of work standards and production quality
- Oversee recruitment of new talent, and motivate qualified body and paint technicians.
- Ensure Technicians workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized
- Payroll creation and management.
- Work closely with Brondes Ford Toledo vendors and foster a healthy and productive relationship with them.
- Maintain and monitor gross profits from vendors.
- Oversee quality control on completed jobs.
- Prepare estimates on costs and time required for bodywork.
- Maintain the financial profitability of the Body Shop.
